Rhude's Women's Collection Drop 1 released today featuring a mix of bold, sporty looks and refined summer tailoring.
In the first two looks pictured above, classic design queues from the brand are adopted to the women's line. In one look we see perforated low-waisted sweats with the Marlboro racing-inspired graphics that popularized the brand printed on a cropped athletic tee. The second look is a modern take on American vintage with loose-fitting denim and a cropped leather shirt with white-stitch detailing. We can see classic Rhude detailing in this look with the Marlboro-inspired triangle shape on the denim pockets and shirt sleeves. Other stand-outs include a cropped varsity jacket with Rhude-styled embroidery and a racer mock-neck tank paired with cut-out moto pants. This is true, daily ready-to-wear without feeling like you bought the whole look off a department store mannequin.
In addition to the classic Rhude attitude we've come to expect from the brand, we can see refined summer tailoring that proves Rhuigi is serious about elevating Rhude beyond the "luxury streetwear" vibe it has been known for.
Rhude's SS23 collection was recently praised by Vogue as being "one of the most accomplished, thoughtful, and attractive engagements with the mainstream luxury narrative in menswear". It is clear that his years of experience building Rhude and now his creative direction role at Bally is resulting in continually elevated collections as we can see with the tailored looks in this Women's collection.
